Getting ready for a wedding or trying to lose the baby weight? I have over 10 years of experience working with deconditioned, overweight, pregnant, post partum, and perimenopausal females. We can focus on the most problematic areas for women (hips, butt, upper arms, lower abdominal muscles and thighs). Feel comfortable working out in private in the Strides Personal Training Studio.
